Alsea’s Wow+ program includes Domino’s Pizza, El Portón, The Cheesecake Factory, Vips, Wings, Burger King, California Pizza Kitchen, Chili’s, Italianni’s, P.F. Chang’s and Starbucks.

Even though in-restaurant consumption has increased, the trend in sales through home delivery and take-out counter sales continues to be positive, allowing Alsea to take advantage of the competitive advantage of having established delivery strategies such as «Wow+», Domino’s Online Ordering and agreements with the main aggregator platforms, giving continuity to sales through this channel.

Thus, this channel achieved an increase of 18.1% compared to the second quarter of 2021, reaching a share of 18.4% of sales in the second quarter of 2022, with more than 6.6 million orders in the quarter and an amount of more than Ps. 1.53 billion.
