CarneMart
CarneMart stores are a unique format, as they focus on the formal and informal food business sector.
Through an offering of proprietary and third-party products, CarneMart stores seek to target small restaurants and businesses, such as taquerias and hot dog and hamburger stands, among other informal businesses.
Therefore, we believe that CarneMart will continue to be a key component of Grupo Bafar’s future growth, given that the majority of the foodservice market is comprised of these small businesses.
Modern retailers offer products that are more expensive and can be small for these service providers.
CarneMart offers a range of products that small vendors need, as they combine product sizes and offer them in the right locations so that they can supply their needs, either on a weekly or even daily basis.
Small formal and informal foodservice businesses, including grocery stores, are an important segment that has historically been underserved by institutional retailers.
Among our most recognized brands are Sabori, Parma, Bafar and Burr, Grillers and Guisy.
