The Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge is the third largest land port in the United States.
According to Lilvette Santos, Director of Economic Business Development, Pharr EDC, this bridge processes more than $46 billion in foreign trade annually.
The City of Pharr is conveniently located at the intersection of Highways 69C and 2.
It also offers convenient access to U.S. Route 83, the longest north-south highway in the country.
Santos participated this Wednesday in the XXX Mexican Foreign Trade Congress, organized by Comce, in the City of Aguascalientes.
Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge
Pharr is a strategic entry point for trade, with air, sea and land access to international and domestic markets.
Its strategic location, strong customer base and direct access to major highways make Pharr one of the most attractive logistics points in the region.
The Port of Brownsville is approximately 50 miles east of Pharr. It serves south Texas and much of northeastern Mexico.
In turn, the Port of Corpus Christi, which is the fifth largest port in the United States, is 150 miles north of Pharr. It handles more than 6,000 vessels and more than 80 million tons of cargo each year.
